Problem Note 57302: The saveDefaultWhenEmpty parameter for the RatingsMeasure component fails in SAS® Enterprise GRC when you use a non-English locale

The saveDefaultWhenEmpty parameter for the RatingsMeasure component might not work correctly when the parameter value is set to true in SAS Enterprise GRC. The problem occurs when you use a locale other than English.
The problem might occur when you edit a risk instance in an assessment at the Assess stage, and click Apply without selecting any ratings measures. The screen reports that an error has occurred, and the SAS Enterprise GRC log file contains the following error message:
java.lang.NumberFormatException: Not a valid number
