Problem Note 57288: Treatment and campaign Custom Details dates that you change to one day ahead cannot be saved in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, treatment or campaign Custom Details dates are not saved when you change the date for just one day. This issue occurs only if you use time zones UTC +1, UTC +2, and so on.

For example, this problem occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:

  1. Assign a treatment Custom Details date to a Cell node.

  2. Change the original date December 17, 2015 by one day to December 18, 2015:

As you can see in the display, the Save icon is inactive. Therefore, you cannot save the new date.

  3. Now, change the date to December 19, 2015. This time, the Save button is available, as shown below:

  4. Save and close the campaign.
  5. Re-open the campaign. After you re-open it, you then can change the date to December 18, 2015 and save it.

The same problem happens when you try to change a campaign Custom Details date to one day in advance.

As a workaround, change the date to at least two days beyond the original date. Save that date. Then change it back to the day that you do want. At that point, the Save icon should be available.
