In SAS Customer Intelligence, opening a campaign takes an excessive amount of time and might display a
#1502 error.
This problem is likely to occur in campaigns that have an excessive amount of history data (for example, more than 2000 occurrences) and that are migrated from SAS Customer Intelligence 5.41.
There is no workaround for this problem. However, after you acknowledge the error, the campaign opens and is available for normal operation.
