Problem Note 57273: SAS® Drug Development Desktop Connection 1.7 - Failed to get attributes message appears when connecting to instance when using Microsoft Windows 10

While using SAS® Drug Development Desktop Connection 1.7.17197 with Microsoft® Windows 10, a "Failed to get attributes of" message appears when mapping a drive to SAS® Drug Development 4.5 and earlier. The error dialog box has two buttons: Cancel and Retry.
- Clicking the Cancel button causes no folders to be included in the mapped drive
- Clicking the Retry button maps the drive with the appropriate files included
The expected behavior is that the map drive appears without any message. Actual behavior, this message appears:
As a Workaround, click Retry button, then the drive appears properly mapped.
