Problem Note 57208: You see the error "ORA-02291: integrity constraint" when adding an attachment or comment to a case or a risk assessment in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

In SAS Anti-Money Laundering, when you select a case or a risk assessment from a check box list in order to add an attachment or a comment, you might receive the error ORA-02291: integrity constraint. This error occurs when the case or the risk assessment is created but is not yet open for investigation.
To work around this problem, open the case or the risk assessment for investigation before you add an attachment or comment.
