In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, a green process indicator (a spinning wheel) runs when you use a Process node downstream from a Communication node. The first time you update counts, everything works correctly. The problem occurs when you modify the diagram to make a change and then update counts from within the Process node.

To work around this issue, update the counts from outside of the Process node.
