Problem Note 57092: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio stops responding and shows the Adobe Flash Player gray circle when you open large Process nodes or large campaigns
Adobe Flash player's gray circle/exclamation mark icon () might appear in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. This icon appears because memory is increased significantly each time you open a larger Process node (+500 lines) or when you open larger campaigns.
In particular, if you open and close the Process node or you open larger campaigns multiple times, you might notice that total memory increases and an out-of-memory error appears in the Adobe Flash player log.
A similar issue is reported in SAS Note 56313: "SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio stops responding and Adobe Flash player's gray circle/exclamation icon is shown."
