Problem Note 57940: The save button is disabled and data cannot be edited in the remediation plug-in for SAS® MDM in SAS® Data Remediation
You might encounter a problem where data cannot be edited and the Save button is disabled in the remediation plug-in for SAS MDM in SAS Data Remediation. This problem is caused when the user was created with a different name and display name in SAS® Management Console. The name and display name fields are case-sensitive and must match exactly.
The workaround is to make sure that the name and the display name are exactly the same for users created in SAS Management Console.
