Problem Note 57788: All nodes in a diagram might disappear in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio when you delete a selection-dependent group
You might encounter an issue that all nodes in a diagram might disappear in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio when you delete a selection-dependent group. At the same time, the following error message is shown in the SASCustIntelCore6.x.log file:

This issue is introduced when you use selection-dependent groups in a Process node or a Custom Diagram Tool node and you delete the selection-dependent group accidentally.
As a workaround, you can use the SAS® Marketing Automation Integration Utilities, as follows:
- Extract the campaign. Note: This extraction works, but it generates warnings that various nodes cannot be found.
- Import the extracted XML file with a new filename. The campaign loads warnings and the errant nodes are missing, but the rest of the campaign loads successfully and the nodes are visible.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
Note: This hot fix does not fix the problem with the Process node, but the campaign does not lose all of the nodes.
