Usage Note 57656: A "Stored Process Error" occurs when you test a scenario in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

Authorized users of SAS Anti-Money Laundering can test a scenario by clicking the Test scenario execution button on the Test scenario tab. However, only one user is permitted to test a scenario at a time. When a test is already running and you attempt to test a scenario, you might see a message requesting that you try the test later.
Click the Show SAS Log button to view the log. When the problem occurs, the log contains the following error messages:
Stored Process Error
This request completed with errors.
ERROR: A lock is not available for FCF_SYNC.FCF_SA_SYNC_MUTEX.DATA.
To work around the problem, wait for the existing test to complete before retrying the test.
