Installation Note 57615: SAS® Financial Management Studio fails to start after you have installed/upgraded SAS® 9.4 M3 revision 15w47 or later
After you do an upgrade or an out-of-the box installation of SAS 9.4 TS1M3, revision 15w47 or later, the SAS Financial Management Studio client might fail to start. A splash screen pops up and then disappears. No error message is displayed.
The issue occurs when the updates to the Java deserialization vulnerability have been only partially deployed.
