When you concurrently publish multiple SAS Customer Intelligence campaigns to the Common Data Model, a deadlock situation might occur. The following error message is shown in the SASCustIntellCore6.x.log file:

[sasdemo] ics.crm.custdata.ejb.MAPublishResultData - TID[CIExec-5] Stored process exception,

SYSDBMSG=[TERADATA: Transaction ABORTed due to deadlock ], SAS Return Code: 100000
As a workaround, you can reduce the number of campaigns that you concurrently publish.
