Problem Note 57431: Large number of milestones with parent resources might cause an overcommitment of resources in PROC CPM
In the CPM procedure, if the DATA= input data has many milestones with parent resources, a negative resource availability might be generated. A negative resource availability is indicated by a negative value in the variable with the prefix A in the RESOURCEOUT= Usage data set.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
