Usage Note 57419: SAS® Content Viewer Web Part might fail to display SAS® Visual Analytics reports
If you have SAS® Web Parts for Microsoft SharePoint, you can use the SAS Content Viewer Web Part to display SAS® Visual Analytics reports on a SharePoint page. However, if you are using the modern version of SAS® Visual Analytics Viewer, then reports might fail to display. This problem can occur with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 servers.
The modern version of the viewer (the default in 7.3) relies on the latest browser standards in Microsoft Internet Explorer. Because the SharePoint server forces the browser into compatibility mode, SAS Visual Analytics Viewer might not work correctly.
If you encounter this issue, you can use the classic version of viewer. To force everyone to use the classic version, set the vav.ui.mode property to classic. This global property overrides individual preferences. Details about how to set the property can be found in the SAS Visual Analytics: Administration Guide. For a link to the guide, see the SAS Visual Analytics Product Documentation page.
