Usage Note 57330: After upgrading, the Browse button on the SAS® Visual Analytics home page might be unresponsive
After you upgrade from an earlier release of SAS Visual Analytics to release 7.3, the Browse button on the home page might be unresponsive. When this problem occurs, you do not see an error either on the screen or in the logs. However, your browser's developer tools might display the following error in the console output:
GET https://myvahost/SASVisualAnalyticsHub/CASedCrossDomainProxy?
…as.com%3A7980%2FSASWIPClientAccess%2Frest%2Fservices&sas-commons-auth=true 401 (Unauthorized)

This problem can occur if the connection information for SAS® Web Infrastructure Platform Client Access has changed. To confirm this, follow these steps:
- Log on to SAS® Management Console.
- On the Plug-ins tab, navigate to Application Management ► Configuration Manager ► SAS Application Infrastructure.
- Right-click Web Infra Platfrm ClntAccess 9.4 and select Properties.
- Ensure that the information on the Internal Connection and External Connection tabs is correct. These properties might have been incorrectly modified during the upgrade.
- If you make any changes, restart the SAS® Web Application Servers.
