SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office might display the following error when you attempt to edit a SAS data set:
One or more values were not successfully committed to the data source.
Fix and re-commit.
record 1: Exception from HRESULT:0x80040E21
This error occurs if you do not have permission to modify the data set.
To avoid this error, ensure that you have permission to edit the data set.
