Problem Note 57184: SAS® Clinical Data Integration 2.6 - Unbalanced quotation marks and parentheses in three columns in SAS®'s representation of SDTM 3.2 causes errors
SAS® Clinical Data Integration uses CDISC Notes contained in the SAS® Clinical Standard Toolkit representation of SDTM 3.2 to pre-populate study specific data variable comments when creating templates. When the CDISC Note has a single quotation mark or unbalanced parentheses, importing the domain fails. Unbalanced quotation marks and parentheses are in the comment field in three columns SAS® Clinical Standards Toolkit's SDTM 3.2 reference metadata:
-
SR.SRMETHOD
-
CM.CMENRF
-
MS.MSTESTCD
The user has to update this in their reference data.
Note: the customer should update all comments to make sure that they are deleted or made study-specific.
