Problem Note 57143: User sessions remain locked when you use SAS® Marketing Automation Integration utilities
When you use SAS Marketing Automation Integration utilities (for example, sasmaextract), user sessions remain locked in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio (Administration ► User Sessions):
You cannot log off from these sessions in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. The sessions only disappear when you restart the SASServer6_1 web application server.

Note: For SAS Customer Intelligence 6.3 ONLY:
After you apply the hot fix, if you use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) as your protocol, make sure that the application.properties file that resides in \SASHOME\SASMarketingAutomationIntegrationUtilities\6.3\spring-config contains the same communication protocol as is defined in the properties on the Internal Connection tab in the Customer Intelligence Core 6.3 Properties dialog box, as shown below:
The corresponding application.properties parameter needs to have the HTTPS protocol as well, as shown below:
