Problem Note 57102: The Cleanwork utility fails to remove WORK locations and returns "Host name does not match"

In some situations, the Cleanwork utility might fail to remove WORK locations and will display a message like the following:
FOUND: C:\Users\sas\AppData\Local\Temp\2\SAS Temporary Files\_TD9248_VERY-LONG-HOSTN_
Host name does not match.
The issue occurs when the host name is longer than 15 characters. In the example message above, the actual host name was VERY-LONG-HOSTNAME, which was truncated to 15 characters when the WORK directory was created. The Cleanwork utility uses the full host name, which is why the host names do not match.
To work around this issue, reduce the length of the host name to no more than 15 characters.
