Problem Note 57040: Adding a Risk Event Type dimension to a Questionnaire Template causes a "java.lang.NullPointerException" in SAS® Model Risk Management
When you add the Risk Event Type dimension to a Questionnaire Template in SAS Model Risk Management, you might see a "java.lang.NullPointerException" error.
To work around the problem, change the assessable definition for ModelRiskType to RiskCategory in dimensionality.xml. For example, change the value for the primary key in the following definition:
<!-- Risks -->
<assessable primary="ModelRiskType" useDefaultConstraint="Yes">
<context dim="Process" rel="Process Execution Map"/>
</assessable>
to the following value:
<!-- Risks -->
<assessable primary="RiskCategory" useDefaultConstraint="Yes">
<context dim="Process" rel="Process Execution Map"/>
</assessable>
