Platform Process Manager 8.1 client software might not work with Platform Process Manager 8.2 server software.

For example, in the Flow Manager 8.1 client, when you attempt to rerun a flow on a Platform Process Manager 8.2 server, you see the following error:

This error occurs whether you use the flow rerun feature in the Platform Flow Manager GUI or the jrerun client command. However, you receive a text version of the error when you use the jrerun client command.

To fix the problem, install the Platform Process Manager client software that matches the server.
