Problem Note 56963: Creating a model profile report in SAS® Model Manager fails if web authentication is used

When you create a SAS Model Manager model profile report, creation might fail. The following message is displayed.
SAS Decision Manager The report was not created, see the Log file for details.
Select the Show Details button. The SAS log file is displayed. Check to see whether the log contains errors that are similar to the following:
Line 79: ERROR: Libref SMMRESRC not available for use. Line 80: ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement. Line 349: ERROR: No logical assign for filename PDFFILE.
The problem occurs when you use web authentication.
There is no workaround.

After you apply the hot fix, you also need to store all SAS Model Manager user passwords in SAS® Metadata Repository. See the following diagram.
Make sure that DefaultAuth is selected for the Authentication Domain.
If SiteMinder is installed, then make sure that each SiteMinder user ID and password is the same as the corresponding operating system user ID and password.
