Problem Note 56883: Column selections are not saved in the Selection Campaigns workspace for SAS® Marketing Automation
When you use the Manage Columns toolbar icon in SAS Marketing Automation, selections might not be saved after you make column modifications to the Selection Campaigns workspace.
After you click OK in the Manage Columns dialog box, column selections are correct. However, columns are reset after you log off and then log on to the application again.
This problem occurs only in Hierarchy view when you select Manage Columns, modify the columns, and then log off from the application. If you are in Grid view and you perform those same steps, the problem does not occur.
No workaround is available for this problem.
