Problem Note 56804: %TKMI_JOB_RO benefits_track_highlvl_agg task runs out of SASWork space
The SAS® Regular Price Optimization %TKMI_JOB_RO benefits_track_highlvl_agg task might run out of SASWork space. When the task runs, each unit job creates a temporary file for each week of benefit tracking data that is aggregated. The task runs out of SASWork space because the temporary files are not deleted immediately after they are used.
Errors that might be seen in the DDMMYYYY_HH_MM_SS_benefits_track_highlvl_agg.log file include:
ERROR: Insufficient space in file WORK.MESSAGES.DATA.
ERROR: Insufficient space in file WORK.SASMACR.CATALOG.
ERROR: File WORK.SASMACR.CATALOG is damaged. I/O processing did not complete.
Errors that might be seen in the DDMMYYYY_HH_MM_SS_mp.log..dipca_benefits_track_lowlvl_agg.J_n.log file include:
ERROR: Insufficient space in file WORK._partition_id_LOW_PROD_GEO_AGG_PS_n.DATA.
ERROR: Rename of temporary member for WORK._partition_id_LOW_PROD_GEO_AGG_PS_n.DATA failed.
ERROR: File WORK._partition_id_LOW_PROD_GEO_AGG_PS_n.DATA does not exist.
ERROR: Insufficient space in file WORK.'SASTMP-n'n.UTILITY.
ERROR: File WORK._partition_id_LOW_PROD_GEO_AGG_PS_n.DATA is damaged. I/O processing did not complete.
ERROR: There is not enough space to store some intermediate results during join processing.
ERROR: Insufficient space in file WORK._partition_id_GPB_PS_TABLES_IN.DATA.
ERROR: File WORK._partition_id_GPB_PS_TABLES_IN.DATA does not exist.
ERROR: Insufficient space in file WORK._partition_id_GPB_PS_TABLES.DATA.
ERROR: File WORK._partition_id_PROD_GEO_AGG.DATA is damaged.
The workaround for this issue is to increase the disk space allocated to SASWork or to decrease the number of jobs that run concurrently. To decrease the number of jobs that run concurrently, lower the value of the NUM_PARALLEL_EXECUTIONS global setting.
