Problem Note 56752: Frequency means might be incorrect if loss events have non-insurance recoveries that drive net losses to zero (0)
In SAS® OpRisk VaR, even if non-insurance recoveries reduce the net loss amount to 0, losses are still used to create the counts for each cell and therefore inflate the frequency mean. There are no warnings or errors.
