Problem Note 56732: Date values might be off by one day when you export data to Microsoft Excel files and using the EXCELCS driver
Date values might be off by one day when you export data to Excel file using the EXCELCS engine. The problem can occur when the first column in the Excel spreadsheet contains a datetime value and the second column contains a date value.
