Problem Note 56708: A Custom Details date field shows the value as one day earlier (-1 day) when you run the Load Treatments utility in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
When you run the Load Treatments utility, a Custom Details date field shows the value as one day (-1) earlier.
Consider the following Custom Details section, for example. The Offer Start Date text box for the treatment (Test_Treatment) contains the date value September 29, 2015:
However, in the Custom Details table that is used by the Load Treatments utility, the OFFER_START_DATE custom detail displays the date value 30SEP2015 in the DATE_VALUE column (far right of the table), as shown below.
This problem occurs only when the time zone is set to a UTC value (for example, UTC+1, UTC+2, and so on).
