Problem Note 56697: SAS® LASR™ schema actions might perform slowly on Windows servers that have many CPUs

In Windows environments with many CPUs, LASR schema actions might perform poorly. As a result, applications that use SAS® LASR™ Analytic Server, such as SAS® Visual Analytics, also perform poorly. The same problem does not occur in Linux environments.
