In SAS Marketing Automation, no values are returned for treatments when the resulting treatments from a treatment campaign set or arbitration includes dynamic or custom attributes and a value is missing from the values of one of the custom attributes. The expectation is that values will be returned for the treatments that have a valid value in the custom attribute. Instead, in this case, there is just a separator (and no values) for the treatments where a custom attribute does not have any values.
