Problem Note 56456: An "Enterprise GRC Error" occurs after you create an issue in a questionnaire-based assessment in SAS® Enterprise GRC

In SAS Enterprise GRC, you should be able to create a related issue in a questionnaire-based assessment. However, after you save the issue and close the Issue screen, you might see an error similar to the following:
