Problem Note 56455: IBM Platform LSF reports the master host name as the TCP/IP short name instead of the fully qualified domain name (FQDN)
Platform Load Sharing Facility (LSF) should report the master host by using the fully qualified domain name (FQDN). However, it reports the master host with the TCP/IP short name instead. If the master host changes to a different node in the grid, Platform LSF reports that new master host with the short name as well.
