When you copy a SAS Strategy Management scorecard, you might find rules that were associated with elements in the original scorecard are missing in the new, copied scorecard.
This problem occurs when you click Scorecard ► Copy to in SAS Strategy Management Builder and select the Rules check box as one of the Copy Options on the Copy To page, as shown here:
You are likely to encounter this problem if SAS Strategy Management Batch Maintenance Facility (BMF) is used to associate a Rule ID with an Element ID via the rule data file for elements in the copied scorecard. For example, the following entry in the rule data file, with the Operation Code set to 3 (add the item), would create such a rule association:
"KEYWORD","Operation Code","Rule ID","Element ID","Column ID","Period ID", "Rule Association Type" "RULEASSOCIATION","3","0369409b-7f00-0001-7b61-171e5652a515", "036f2662-7f00-0001-7b61-171e0009a033","6a985989-0a10-0c3c-1759-817de98fca6d", "1479","1"
