Problem Note 56311: The SAS® Digital Marketing Server log file shows repeated instances of PlatformServicesUtility error messages
The following PlatformServicesUtility error message might appear repeatedly in the SAS Digital Marketing Server log file (SASDigitalMarketingServer6.4.log):
ERROR [] [] [] PlatformServicesUtility Error encountered while destroying user
session com.sas.services.session.LockingException: Session context is locked:
[USER-SESSION-FACTORY-LOCK].
The error messages appear without any specific cause. This error is benign, but it might cause confusion when you review the log files.
