Problem Note 56289: SAS® Enterprise GRC might not require revalidation of a test definition when you update a linked control or issue

When you modify a control or issue in a test definition, SAS Enterprise GRC might not require you to revalidate the test definition, even when revalidation is required by the workflow.
To enable revalidation of a test definition when a linked control or issue is modified, specify the following new configuration property in the configdata.properties file:
monitor.controlTesting.testDefinitions.checksControlsAndIssuesForIsModified = true
