A CLR20r3 error might occur when you attempt to open SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1 or 7.1
This issue typically occurs due to a Microsoft .Net Framework corruption.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Remove the version of SAS Enterprise Guide that is currently installed on your machine.
- Remove the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 version that is installed.
- Install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.1.
- Re-install SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1 or 7.1.
