Problem Note 56262: The character C (uppercase and lowercase) is dropped from values that you retrieve from form data, custom attributes, and other site information
In SAS® Customer Experience Analytics, the Extended Customer View enables you to retrieve customer information from form data, custom attributes, or identifying information that is gathered elsewhere on the site. However, when the retrieval process is complete, the character C (both uppercase and lowercase forms) is missing from any collected values that contain that letter.
For example, suppose you map the custom attribute displayed City to the CITY_NM field in the Extended Customer View. When the value for displayed City contains a c (for example, Munich) or a C (for example, Cary), the values that appear in the CITY_NM field are Munih and ary.
