Problem Note 56199: Batch import and export processes fail and return the error "Could not access HTTP invoker remote service"

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS® 9.3 TS1M0 and later releases, batch import and export processes fail when you use an account that belongs to a metadata group identity. The following error is returned in the import or export log file:

ERROR org.springframework.remoting.RemoteAccessException: Could not access HTTP invoker remote service at
[https://hostname.unx.sas.com/SASWIPClientAccess/remote/ServiceRegistry?ticket=ST-11-uKUioaJQzKkT4vdEo6fP-cas];
nested exception is java.io.IOException: Did not receive successful HTTP response: status code = 401,
status message = [Unauthorized]

The error incorrectly indicates that the problem occurs because the account is unauthorized.

Note: You do not encounter this problem when you use a non-group-owned account.

Note: This issue is fixed in SAS® 9.4 TS1M3.
