Problem Note 56100: User sessions remain locked when you use SAS® Customer Intelligence utilities

When you use SAS Customer Intelligence utilities (for example, Load Treatments), user sessions remain locked in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio (Administration ► User Sessions):

You cannot log off from these sessions in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. The sessions only disappear when you restart the SASServer6_1 web application server.
