Problem Note 56086: The SAS® Digital Marketing server becomes unresponsive when memory is not released
The SAS Digital Marketing server might become unresponsive when it processes large volumes of broadcasts. This problem occurs when memory fails to be released. The problem might occur during updates to the SAS Customer Intelligence Common Data Model, during reply processing, and at other times.
To work around this problem, increase the memory that is available to the SAS Digital Marketing server and schedule regular restarts of the SAS Digital Marketing server.
