When you migrate a Custom Details date field from an earlier SAS Marketing Automation release, the date field in the later release shows the value as one day (-1) earlier. This problem happens regardless of whether you use the SAS® 9.4 Migration Utility or you use partial promotion that uses SPK files.
Consider the following Custom Details tab for example. The Date_UTC field for a Communication node contains the date value June 22, 2015:
However, when you migrate to a later release (for example, from SAS Marketing Automation 5.4 to release 6.4), the Date_UTC field displays the date value June 21, 2015, as shown below.
This problem occurs only when the time zone is set to a UTC value (for example, UTC+1, UTC+2, and so on).
