Problem Note 56769: A new encoding value is ignored when you change the encoding of imported email content from the default UTF-8 encoding

In SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, you can import content for use in your broadcast by using the Import Content option in the Import Content dialog box. In the dialog box, you can also specify the character mapping (encoding) for the file content by selecting a value from the Encoding list. The default encoding is UTF-8.
However, if you change the encoding from UTF-8 to any other encoding (for example, ISO-2022-JP), this change is not reflected in the email header of emails that are subsequently sent from the broadcast. The email header always shows the UTF-8 encoding.
