Problem Note 56706: Selecting "View Table" for a registered table in SAS® Decision Manager generates an error
In SAS® Decision Manager, an error occurs when you do the following:
- You log on to SAS® Decision Manager using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) that is configured with Kerberos Delegation.
- You attempt to view a registered table by selecting Data ► Tables, clicking a registered table in the Available tables list, and then clicking the View Table button.
The error appears in a dialog box, as shown below:
This error occurs when the WAR files for SASServer7 (for SAS® Decision Manager or SAS® Business Rules Manager) and SASServer11 (for SAS® Model Manager) are missing the sas.security.jgss.jar file.
To work around this problem, copy the missing JAR file from SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer1_1/sas_webapps/sas.svcs.logon.war/WEB-INF/ to the following locations:
- (For sites that have SAS® Business Rules Manager) SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer7_1/sas_webapps/sas.brm.midtier.war/WEB-INF/lib
- SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer7_1/sas_webapps/sas.dcm.midtier.war/WEB-INF/lib
- SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer7_1/sas_webapps/sas.dcm.shell.war/WEB-INF/lib
- SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer11_1/sas_webapps/sas.modelmanager.jsvcs.war/WEB-INF/lib
- SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer11_1/sas_webappssas.modelmanager.jca.war/WEB-INF/lib
- SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer11_1/sas_webapps/sas.modelmanager.rest.war/WEB-INF/lib
After you add the JAR file to these directories, you need to restart SASServer7_1 and SASServer11_1
In addition to the copying JAR file to the locations noted above, you need to do the same for the Mid1 and Mid2 nodes and restart the SASServer7_X and SASServer11_X on both nodes as well.
