SAS Federation Server Manager fails to start and returns no error messages when your operating system PATH environment variable does not contain a path to the appropriate Java Runtime Environment (JRE). If SAS Federation Server Manager fails to start, check that your PATH variable points to the JRE that is provided with your installed SAS environment.
