Problem Note 56418: The incident investigator is unable to exit the Incident screen after clicking Done in SAS® Enterprise GRC
When an investigator edits an incident in SAS Enterprise GRC and clicks Done to exit, the button might not function, and the investigator might be unable to exit the page.
The problem occurs after an incident investigator tries to accept the incident, but the investigator does not have the appropriate capabilities for one or more of the child objects. The investigator correctly receives an error message but is subsequently unable to exit the incident by clicking Done.
The problem only occurs when the following configuration property is defined in the configdata.properties file:
monitor.incidentComponentSecurity.ignored = false
