Installation Note 56369: You cannot download SAS® Text Analytics software from the SAS Customer Support Site

When you attempt to download SAS Text Analytics products from the Downloads: SAS Text Analytics page on the SAS Customer Support site, you receive the following error:
The license-validation test fails if you enter a site number that is not licensed.
You might also receive the following error:
This error occurs when a user attempts to download software by using an incorrect site number. If an incorrect site number is entered 10 times, the user's SAS profile account is locked.
To resolve both of these errors, contact the Contracts representative who provided the site number and download links for the products that you want to download. In the case of the error Limit exceeded for site number entry. . ., you also need to contact SAS Technical Support for a fix.
If you cannot contact your Contracts representative, contact your specific Contracts team.
