Problem Note 56338: Rule sets and rule flows are not exported correctly when the number in a flow exceeds nine
When creating rule sets and rule flows in SAS® Business Rules Manager, the rule sets and rule flows might not export correctly. Rule sets are missing from the export.
This problem occurs when the number of rule flows and/or rule sets in a given workflow is greater than nine (9). The concatenation of the rule flow number with the rule set number is greater than a two-digit number.
There are no errors or warnings to indicate a problem.
To avoid the problem, create subsets of the rule sets and rule flows to avoid having more than nine.

Counter values are assigned internally. If there are a significant number of rule flows and rule sets, then the last occurrence of the internally created counter is the exported version.
