Problem Note 56313: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio stops responding and Adobe Flash player's gray circle/exclamation mark icon is shown

Adobe Flash player's gray circle/exclamation mark icon (
) might appear in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. This icon appears because memory is increased significantly each time a Communication node is opened.
In particular, if you open and close communications multiple times from the Communication Properties dialog box, you might notice that total memory increases and an out-of-memory error appears in the Adobe Flash player log.
