Problem Note 55966: The Add Vehicles list incorrectly does not include vehicles that contain product-location scopes

In SAS® Promotion Optimization, the list of vehicles available for selection in the Manage Promotion Vehicles dialog box that is displayed after selecting Add Vehicles does not include vehicles with product-location scopes.
The workaround for this issue is to remove the product-location scopes from the vehicles.
