Problem Note 55849: A comment contains duplicate attachments in SAS® Enterprise Case Management

When you add an attachment to a comment, SAS Enterprise Case Management might store two copies of the attachment. The Attachments window shows the duplicate attachments. In the Attachments window, you can delete the duplicate attachment, but you might not be able to delete the original attachment.
