Problem Note 55848: The server log contains multiple HTTP POST entries when you add a comment with an attachment in SAS® Enterprise Case Management

When you upload an attachment to a comment in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might see multiple HTTP POST entries in the server log. You must refresh the browser to stop additional log entries for the upload request. The problem occurs when the comment contains multiple lines, and you use Microsoft Internet Explorer.

To work around the problem, use another supported browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
